FAQ

  • When are your hours?

    Normal business hours.

Fridays are prime time for those with “flex schedules”.

For clients who don’t have full control over their work schedules, many find success fitting therapy into their lunch hour or adjusting their break times slightly—especially when they’re ready to make meaningful progress.

Online therapy makes this even more accessible by cutting out commute time, making it easier to prioritize your healing. Some even enjoy hopping on in their (safely parked) car. Try it out in your free consult.

  • How often do we meet?

Regular-paced therapy usually begins with one session per week and continues until you’ve met your goals for three consecutive weeks. This structure is based on research about effective therapy progress.

Therapy intensives (longer sessions with less windup/winddown time) may be a better fit if you’re looking to fast-track your healing for an important reason. Intensives offer focused support to make significant progress in fewer weeks.

Meeting more than once a week can be especially helpful when emotions are high or you're in the thick of a major life stressor. Therapy is meant to be more than venting — it’s where we shift perspective, build skills, and create real relief that carries into your daily life.
