• We’ll discuss what you want therapy for in roughly 3-5 minutes,

• Then I’ll ask what your preferred outcomes and goals are,

• If I think I can help, I’ll briefly describe how,

• Around 10 minutes in, if we agree to work together, we’ll schedule our intake session.
