1. Schedule Free Consult

  • Then click the orange ‘Request Appointment’ button.

2. Go to Online Consult

  • We’ll meet online for up to 15 minutes. We’ll briefly discuss your struggles and goals & if I think I can help. You can ask anything else you’d like about working together. If I don’t think I’m the right fit for you, or my therapy type is not the right fit, I’ll tell you what is- so you can get something useful out of our time together.

3. We’ll Schedule Therapy

  • At the end of the consult, if we both think I’m the best for you, we’ll schedule your intake therapy session. Try to find a time each week to work together. I’ll then send over your intake forms & questions. I’ll review these completed 1 day before our full intake session.
