1. Schedule Free Consult
Then click the orange ‘Request Appointment’ button.
2. Go to Online Consult
We’ll meet online for up to 15 minutes. We’ll briefly discuss your struggles and goals & if I think I can help. You can ask anything else you’d like about working together. If I don’t think I’m the right fit for you, or my therapy type is not the right fit, I’ll tell you what is- so you can get something useful out of our time together.
3. We’ll Schedule Therapy
At the end of the consult, if we both think I’m the best for you, we’ll schedule your intake therapy session. Try to find a time each week to work together. I’ll then send over your intake forms & questions. I’ll review these completed 1 day before our full intake session.
