For clients who don’t have full control over their work schedules, many find success fitting therapy into their lunch hour or adjusting their break times slightly—especially when they’re ready to make meaningful progress. Online therapy makes this even more accessible by cutting out commute time, making it easier to prioritize your healing.

  • Regular-paced therapy starts once a week until you have met your goals for 3 consecutive weeks. -This is based on research on therapy progress. Sometimes, it can be helpful to meet more than once a week.

  • I strive to make every session noticeably helpful, so you leave with a new perspective or skill that brings you closer to overcoming anxiety & having healthy self-worth.
